Back to School

 

This back to school season, we are providing backpacks full of school supplies to kids in our city. Families will be able to pick up free backpacks, school supplies and a few non-perishable food items to help fill a few school lunches. Families will also have the option to add some fresh fruit and veggies to those lunches by purchasing subsidized produce from our partner: the FreshRoutes bus! Join us by helping to fill backpacks with school supplies and non-perishable food, or by serving at our distribution event.

Every April, we provide hundreds of nutritious grocery totes for families in our city.

Back to School Backpacks

Every August, we pack hundreds of backpacks full of school supplies and distribute them to kids and youth who need a little help getting the items they need for a successful semester.

 
 

Christmas Wish List

Every December at our Wish List event, hundreds of parents have the opportunity to personally “shop” for free gifts for their children, have their gifts wrapped, and take them home to have the dignity of giving gifts to their own children. At the same time, their children will have their own special experience where they will enjoy crafts, snacks, and hear the Christmas story.
